Abstract:In recent years, porphyrin compounds have been widely used in photodynamic therapy(PDT) due to their unique photoelectrochemical properties.However, most porphyrin-based compounds have poor water solubility and are prone to uneven distribution of low-molecular aggregation, which limits their application in PDT. Therefore, this article takes advantage of the fact that porphyrin compounds are easily modified, and polymerizes-OH-containing porphyrin with N-isopropylacrylamide monomer to form a temperature-sensitive polymer(THPP) by reversible addition cleavage chain transfer radical polymerization-PAM4. The temperature sensitivity of the copolymer was studied. The study showed that the copolymer had an LCST value of 32℃. The MTT test results showed that THPP-PAM4 has good biocompatibility and low dark toxicity to L929 cells and HeLa cells. The phototoxicity to HeLa cells was significantly higher than that to L929 cells.
