摘    要:<正> 近年来,用烷氧基氯化钛制备的丙烯聚合用络合催化剂,其催化活性和聚合物等规度都与四氯化钛制备的Solvay催化剂十分相近。我们在研究Solvay催化剂的基础上,合成了上述类型的催化剂,并作了丙烯聚合的研究。由于对这类催化剂还缺乏深入的研究,因此本文的目的是通过对催化剂的元素分析、气相色谱和X射线衍射等方法,测定其化学组成和物理形态。并由此来解释催化剂的某些特性。

Abstract:The elemental analysis data and their gas chromatography indicated that the empirical compositions of the intermediate compounds obtained by reducing Ti (OC4H9)C13 with AlEt2Cl are Ti(OC4H9)Cl2 (Ⅰ), and the catalysts obtained through the heat treatment o?Ti(OC4H9)Cl2 by means of TiCl4, have the formula of TiCl3·0.02 AlCl3,·0.05 (n-C4H9)2O ·0.02 C4H9O (Ⅱ). X-ray diffraction pattern showed that (Ⅰ) is an amorphous material, and (Ⅱ) is δ-TiCl3. (Ⅱ) has almost the same crystal modification (20 (deg) = 15.13, 33.03 and 51.52) and average size of crystallites (-100A) as the Solvay catalyst (Ⅲ) prepared from TiCl4.
