底吹电弧炉熔池流动状态的解析

摘    要:采用激光多普勒测速仪测量底吹电弧炉熔池在中心底吹和内三孔底吹两种布置方式下,气体搅拌熔池水模型的速度场,利用SIMPLEC算法计算两种底吹布置方式下水模型流场,结果表明:内三孔布置方式下的流场分布优于中心布置方式下的流场分布。

Abstract:LDA laser-doppler velometer was applied to the velocity field measurements which were conducted in the bath of an arc furnace by means of water modelling including gas stirring and two bottom-blowing arrangements,i. e.,through a center nozzle and then three nozzles on the circular electrode. In this way the flow field was calculated with SIMPLEC algorthm for each arrangement,and the results showed that the flow field profile of the former is superior to that of the latter.
