摘    要:本文数值求解N—S方程和Euler方程对比分析单转子轴流压气机内部流场、计算较好地预测了压气机的平均流场及叶尖泄漏涡的生成演化过程。为分析泄漏流动的成因,本文采用简化模型计算泄漏速度。计算与实验结果的时比表明,泄漏流动是无私流动,粘性主要表现为对涡的衰减;泄漏流动由叶片两侧的转了静压控制,粘性在叶片两侧作用持平;给定叶片两侧的转子静压即可由Bernoulli方程求出泄漏速度。

Abstract:Internal flow in an isolated axial compressor is numerically studied by solving NavierStokes equations and Euler equations in this paper. The computational results of averaged exiting fields and formation and evolution procedure of leakage vortex agree well with experiments. In order to discuss the reason for the formation of leakage flow, a simplified model is employed to calculate the leakage velocity. The comparisons between numerical results andexperimental values show that leakage flow is inviscie and viscosity plays a role in damping the leakage vortex, leakage flow is controlled by the difference of reduced pressure between the both sides of blade while the viscous parameters are on the same level between both sides and it can be accurately calculated from the Bernoulli equation by giving the difference of reduced pressure.
