| 摘 要： | 介绍了后付费系统存在的问题，给出了两种欠费控制解决方案，并对两种方案进行比较。欠费控制平台不仅保留了后付费系统的优点，而且弥补了该系统的一些不足，能最大限度地预防欺诈风险。
