摘    要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,以具有Y沸石次级结构单元的水凝胶为前驱体,在pH=10左右的条件下合成了与MCM-41相类似的介孔分子筛。同时利用各种表征手段对合成的样品进行了一系列的表征。结果表明,所合成的样品具有六方规整结构和较厚的孔壁,并具有较强酸强度和水热稳定性。同时,考察了其负载Pd-Pt活性组分后的萘加氢反应活性和抗硫性,并与常规法合成的具有相同硅铝比的MCM-41载体进行了比较。

Abstract:A synthesis route for the preparation of MCM-41 with secondary building units of Y zeolite has been developed. The material was characterized by various techniques. The results indicate that the material has well-ordered hexagonal structure, with a thicker wall than that of the MCM-41 synthesized by a direct hydrothermal route. SEM images show a very uniform net-like morphology, which is different from the loose appearance of the direct sample from the direct route. Furthermore, it has a stronger acid strength and a higher hydrothermal stability. The sample was used as the support of a Pd-Pt catalyst for the naphthalene hydrogenation. The sulfur tolerance and the activity of the catalyst was found to be superior to that prepared with the normal MCM-41 as support. The enhancing effect is attributed to the combination of the advantages of both MCM-41 and the secondary building units of Y zeolite.
