| 摘 要： | 提出了通用题库的设计思想，能够自动用户所需的试卷及答案，并且能够得到试卷难度分析，根据学生的成绩，可以得到对教学情况的评估。这对于公正，正确地评价一个教师的教学质量具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | The paper advance a programming thinking of commonly used examination questions set. It can auto--generate a test paper and the answer that are user required. And so can get a difficulty analysis report of the test paper,and get a evaluation on teaching that according to students' work. It will pass the fairest judgment on teaching of teacher that is significance. |
