| 摘 要： | 先合成了“分子碎片”4-磺酸邻苯二甲酸,然后以该“分子碎片”为原料,钼酸铵为催化剂,无水氯化锌为模板剂合成并分离得到了具有C4h结构的四磺酸基酞菁锌（ZnPCS4）单异构体.同时用紫外光谱法和荧光猝灭法研究了ZnPcS4与牛血清白蛋白（BSA）的相互作用.

| Abstract: | 2,10,18,26-tetra-sulfonic phthalocyanine zinc(ZnPcS4)was synthesized by using 4-sulfonic phthalic acid as raw material,ZnCl2 as template agent and(NH4)2MoO4 as catalyst.It's C4h isomer was characterized by IR,element analysis,UV/Vis and1H-NMR.The interaction between ZnPcS4 and BSA has been studied by UV spectroscopy and fluorescence quenching methods. |
