| Abstract: | In the light of the common situation of the libraries at present that the quality of the service for the readers is poorer that is caused by the poorer quality of the libraries, this paper expounds the important function of the construction of the style of study in the growing of the libraries, and points out that developing the book-reading activity centered by the fundamental knowledge and being the scholar-type librarians is the effective measure for improving the quality of the librarians. |
