Eine photometrische Methode zur analytischen Bestimmung von Peptiden neben Aminosäuren

Zusammenfassung Zwei einfache Methoden werden beschrieben, die die störungsfreie quantitative Bestimmung von Peptiden ohne Rücksicht auf ihren chemischen Aufbau und ihre Kettenlänge noch neben dem 250- bis 500fachen molaren Überschuß an Aminosäuren ermöglichen. Die Erfassungsgrenze liegt bei etwa 0,02 mMol Peptid/l. Die Auswertung erfolgt photometrisch bei 321 nm bzw. 335 nm.

A photometric method for the analytical determination of peptides in the presence of amino acids

Summary Two simple methods are described, which permit the interference-free quantitative determination of peptides without regard to their chemical structure and their chain length, and in the presence of 250–500 times the molar excess of amino acids. The detection limit is approximately 0,02 mM peptide/l. The evaluation is conducted photometrically at 321 nm or 335 nm.
