SO_4~(2—)/Fe_2O_3型固体超强酸在乙酸异戊酯合成中的应用

摘    要:Fe_2O_3型固体超强酸在酯化反应中显示出与浓硫酸相近的催化活性,但具有易与产物分离、腐蚀作用小、污染程度轻和可重复使用的优点。本文考察了Fe_2O_3型固体超强酸在乙酸异戊酯合成反应中的摧化活性,结果表明,最佳催化剂用量为Fe_2O_3型固体超强酸占总投料量的2%,最优反应时间为2h,此时异戊醇的转化率可达94%。

Abstract:Solid super acid Fe2O3 has a catalytic activity similar to sulfuric acid inthe esterification reaction,It has many advantages over the latter.such as easily seperationfrom the products.slight corrosion and pollution,and repeated usage.In this paper thecatalytic activity of it in the esterification reaction of acetic acid and isoamylol isinvestigated. The optimum catalyst feed percentage is 2%in 2 hours of reaction time,and theconversional rate of isoamylol reaches 94%.
