| 摘 要： | 随着雷达技术的不断发展，目前越来越多的航管一次雷达在提供飞机运动学参数(位置、速度、加速度等)的同时，还提供了相应的气象信息．气象信息是为飞行服务的，气象条件与飞行安全的关系是极其重要的．在国际、国内的飞行事故原因中，有很大一部分跟天气或气象保障原因有关，也有不少飞行事故完全是由于天气原因造成的．因此，为飞机的飞行提供相应的气象数据，有着极其重要的意义．
