摘    要:目的:综述近年来用于治疗肝纤维化天然药物的有效部位及单体活性成分的研究进展。方法:对34种天然药物的生物碱类、总黄酮和总酚酸类、单体酚酸类、萜类及其苷和甾醇类、木脂素类、氨基酸/多肽和杂环类、多糖类、香豆素类进行分析。结果:已报道的34种天然药物对肝纤维化均具有一定的治疗效果。结论:对未来治疗肝纤维化的新药研发方向进行展望。

Abstract:Objective: To review the recent research progress domestic and abroad of the utilization of natural drugs for the treatment of liver fibrosis.Methods:Thirty-four reported natural drugs were summarized and classified into alkaloids,total flavonoids and total phenolics,single phenolics,terpenoids and its glycosides and steroids,lignanoids,amino acids and heterocyclic,polypeptides/glycopeptides and coumarins.Results: Thirty-four reported natural drugs all have certain effect for the treatment of liver fibrosis.Conclusion: The prospect of the research and development of the new natural drugs against liver fibrosis were discussed.
