摘    要:本文介绍了一种48GHz高稳定振荡器的研制,该振荡器具有系统尺寸小、传输信息量大、方向性好和频率稳定度高等特点,文章对管子的选型、振荡腔和稳频腔工作模式的选择及稳频系数和稳频腔Q值因数的优化设计和计算进行了详细的描述.实验测试结果表明,振荡器达到了预期的性能指标和要求.

Abstract:The development of a 48GHz high Stabilized Gun Oscillator was briefly introduced in the paper. The oscillator has the features of small size, large capacity of transmission signals, good direction and high stabilization of frequencies. In the paper, the optimized design and computation in the selection of diodes, working mode of oscillating cavity and frequence stabilized cavity as well as the coefficient of the stabilized frequence and the value of the frequence stabilized cavity weve also described in detail. The experiment and test results are in good accordance with the requirements and performance data of the Gun oscillator.
