摘    要:本文将文献[6]导出的替代式合金电阻率公式应用于理想配比的完全有序A-15化合物,理论与实验的比较表明:尽管不同的A-15化合物低温电阻率温度依赖性的差别很大,其基本特征都可以在文献[6]的模型中得到理解。

Abstract:The formulas deduced in reference [6] for the electrical resistivity of substitu-tional alloys are applied to binary stoichiometric and completely ordered A-15 compounds. The comparison between theoretical expressions and experimental data shows that the main characteristics in the temperature dependence of resistivity in various types of A-15 compounds at low temperatures could be understood within the framework of [6], in spite of that there are remarkable differences between these two cases.
