| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CO2激光治疗声带白斑的可行性及优势.方法:全麻悬吊喉镜显微镜下配合输出功率8-24瓦连续脉冲的CO2激光切除声带自斑病变.结果:悬吊喉镜显微镜下CO2激光治疗声带白斑30例.其中不伴有非典型增生的角化18例,治愈率100%(18/18).伴有轻度不典型增生的角化治愈率l00%(8/8).伴有中度一重度不典型增生的角化治愈率50%(2/4).结论:CO2激光治疗声带白斑,具有手术方法、操作简单,术后恢复快,术后并发症少,可保护喉部的重要结构.故条件许可值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objects: Discuss the feasibilities and advantages of CO2 laser treatment in leukoplakia of the vocal cords.Methods: Excision the leukoplakia with continuous pulse CO2 laser of output power from 8 to 24 watts under the uphold laryngoscope and microscope when the patients are given general anesthesia.Results: Thirty patients are cured with the CO2 laser under the uphold laryngoscope and microscope.The efficiency for the keratosis without untypical hyperplasia is 100%(18/18).The efficiency for keratosis parall... |
