| Abstract: | We consider the electromagnetic behaviorof a FIR (far infrared) waveguide laser. In a first step, we deal with the different modes which can propagate in the waveguide. Then, we compute the reflection and transmission coefficients of the coupling holes. Finally, we determine the oscillation conditions for each mode. |
