山楂种子休眠、萌发与内源激素含量的变化

摘    要:应用高效液相色谱法测定、研究了山楂种子各部位中GA3、IAA、ABA含量在不同采收期、室温干藏和层积过程中的变化。结果表明,提早于8月25日采收的种子IAA高于、ABA低于9月10日采收的种子。变温层积过程中,前期GA3、IAA含量均呈上升趋势,3~4个月后有所下降,到154d左右时,均以8月25日采收种子较9月25日采收种子含量高,ABA含量总的趋势是层积前期上升,后期有所下降,比较种子萌发情况,可以认为GA3、IAA对打破休眠、促进萌发有一定作用,而ABA则是抑制萌发的重要因素。

Abstract:The content of GA3,IAA and ABA in different parts of hawthorn seeds harvested on different date,drystored at the room temperature and processed under stratification was analyzed with HPLC respectively.The results indicated that the content of IAA in the seeds harvested on the 25th of August was higher than that in the mature seeds harvested on the 10th of September,but the content of ABA was on the contrary.It was also obvious that the content of GA3 and IAA in the seeds increased in early days and decreased after having been stratified for 34 months during the stratification with variabletemperature,and it was higher in the seeds harvested on the 25th of August than that in the seeds harvested on the 10th of September when having been stratified for 150 days.Meanwhile,the content of ABA tended to increase in early days of stratification and decrease in later days.It could be inferred that GA3and IAAtake some effect in breaking dormancy and promoting germination,and ABA plays an important role in inhibiting germination
