| 摘 要： | 对生产过程中的相关参数概念进行了讨论，针对化工、炼油、电力等生产中对自动信号保护的高可靠性要求和不具备检测传感器硬件冗余的实际条件，提出应用相关参数对传感器测量值越限的进行辅助认定的方法，以提高自动信号系统的可靠性，并给出了具体的实现算法框图。
