摘    要:为研究电力设备表面积污分布规律,提出一种沙尘颗粒在硅橡胶绝缘材料表面的沉降模型.根据风速、颗粒粒径、密度、入射速度及壁面弹性系数和摩擦系数等实际因素,建立了沙尘颗粒一硅橡胶材料表面的碰撞方程以及沙尘颗粒沉降的判别条件,并对该沉降模型进行数值求解.分析实验结果表明,湍流中心积污多于湍流边缘,背风面积污较迎风面均匀,这些和沙尘暴模拟实验所测结果相同.该模型能够为人工无法完成的测量复杂外形的表面积污提供指导,对电力设备防污闪的深入研究具有积极意义.

Abstract:A model of particle deposition on the surface of silicon rubber is proposed to study the surface contamination distribution of power devices.Particle-wall collision equations and a parti-cle deposition criterion on the surface of silicone rubber material in flow field are given based on some practical factors such as wind speed,particle size,density,incidence velocity,wall-elastic-ity and friction coefficients,etc.Results show that the contamination in turbulent center is lager than the contamination in turbulent edge,and that the distribution on the lee side is more uniform than the distribution on the windward side.The results are similar to the artificial sandstorm ex-periments.The model may play an important role in measuring the contamination on complex shape surfaces that the artificial simulation is unable to complete,and in the study of anti-pollu-tion flashover.
