石墨炉-原子吸收光谱法测定地质样品中的痕量镉

摘    要:地质样品经王水溶解后,MIBK萃取,选择最佳的仪器工作条件,利用石墨炉原子吸收测定地质样品中痕量镉。方法精密度(RSD,n=6)≤5.6%,检出限为0.04μg/g(进样量10μL)。方法用于测定岩石国家标准物质中的镉,结果与标准值相符。

Abstract:Geological samples dissolved by aqua regia and extracted by MIBK.The operation condition for the instrument was optimized.Trace cadmium in geological sample was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The precision RSD≤5.6%(n=6).The detection limit of the method is 0.04μg/g(the injection volume is 10μL).The method has been applied to the determination of cadmium in country standard reference rock samples and the results are in agreement with certified values.
