木霉对蔬菜立枯丝核菌病害的生防效果研究

摘    要:利用本研究室从土壤中分离出的木霉 (Trichodermasp .)菌株T1 ,通过对峙法对立枯丝核菌进行了体外拮抗作用测定和评价1 ] 。并对木霉的竞争、重寄生、抗生、溶菌等拮抗机制进行了初步探讨和研究。同时 ,利用制备的木霉菌剂 ,对黄瓜立枯病进行了室内盆栽生防试验。结果表明 :木霉T1 防治效果达 93 % ,而且具有防效长久和刺激作物生长的作用。

Abstract:The Antagonism of an isolate of Trichoderma sp. from soil by our lab, T 1, against Rhizoctonia solani was tested in vitro by dual culture. The mechanisms of antagonism of Trichoderma sp. including competition, mycoparasitism, antibody-secretion and cell lysis were investigated primarily. The application of Trichoderma sp. in biological control of cucumber Rhizoctonia solani was carried out in flower vessel, and the results showed that the effect of Trichoderma sp in bio-control against cucumber Rhizoctonia solani reached 93%, and this effect can be retain long time and promote the growth of crop.
