| 摘 要： | 简单分析了2．2 kW的电力系统用直流操作电源移相全桥软开关拓扑结构,设计和选择了主电路的各元件参数,制作了软开关主要部件高频变压器、谐振电感；根据研制的开关电源实际特点,选择了功率管和次级整流二极管,最后利用实验来验证设计的正确性。

| Abstract: | The phase-shifted full bridge zero voltage soft switch (ZVS) topology of 2. 2 kW electric operation power supply is analyzed in brief. Then, parameters of main circuit are designed and selected. At the same time, the high frequency transformer and the oscillatory inductor are manufactured. According to the actual characteristics of switching mode power supply, the power MOSFET and the second rectifier-diode are selected. Finally the rationality of the design is verified by experiment. |
