| 摘 要： | 通过正交及单因素实验，初步探讨了过醋酸在棉浆蒸煮过程中脱除荧光的效果，并分析了原料预处理对制浆工艺的影响。优化工艺制得棉浆得率迭91％，ISO白度达87．76％，棉浆中荧光的脱除率达90％以上。

| Abstract: | An incorporative process in cooking with bleaching of cotton linter pulp with peracetic acid was optimized with orthogonal test and single-factor tests. At the same time removal of fluorescence substance was discussed. And the effect of pretreatment of cotton linter was investigated. The results show that the yield and the ISO brightness of cotton linter pulp is 91% and 87.76% respectively and more than 90%fluorescence substance in cotton linter pulp can be removed. |
