摘    要:推导了CCD位移传感器的计算公式,给出了一种位移传感器结构参量的数值逼近计算方法,实验结果表明,利用该方法确定CCD位移传感器的结构参量,可提高测量精度.

Abstract:An optical image system of intersection which consists of a laser,an objective and CCD is often used for contactless displacement measurement.Because of the errors in the process of manufacture and assembly,the actual parameters values of measurement system are not identical with that of theoretical designed.It is very important to get the accurate values of these parameters.The formulas of the CCD displacement transducer are derived in this paper.A numerical approach of the system parameters in the CCD displacement transducer is given.The experiment shows that a high measurement accuracy can be obtained.
