摘    要:在水醇体系中,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板,通过氨催化正硅酸乙酯水解,快速合成了束状纳米二氧化硅.用透射电子显微镜观察了束状二氧化硅的形貌,讨论了反应时间和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的浓度对其形貌的影响,确定了束状二氧化硅形成的最佳条件,并提出了束状结构的形成机理.

Abstract:Bundle-like nanostructured SiO2 was quickly prepared by using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) as template and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as precursor in aqueous/ethanolic solution.The morphology of the sample was characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the influence of experiment parameters such as the content of the template and reaction time on the sample morphology was also discussed.In addition,the formation mechanism of bundle-like nanostructured SiO2 was proposed.
