摘    要:林木病害标本是重要的教学辅助材料,典型、直观的标本能将抽象的病理现象及时具体化、形象化,从而加强学生对病理学的认识,提高教学效果。文中从标本采集、标本制作与保存技术方面的实验着手,在阐述学生采集、制作标本方法基础上,以不同年级不同实验方法制作的标本为对象,对比分析历年不同方法制作标本的保存效果。研究显示干燥法较浸渍法简单经济、实用,有利于大量标本制作与保存,而浸渍法适用于特殊植物材料,保存期较短,占地面积大,可用作示范标本保存。

Abstract:Forest disease specimen is an important teaching auxiliary material, the typical and intuitive specimen can timely make the abstract pathological phenomena specific and visualization, thus to strengthen the understanding of the student to the pathology, improve the teaching effect. Starting with the experiments of the specimen of collected, prepared, preserved techniques and elaborating the students' methods of collection and preparation, this paper aimed at the specimens made by the different grades and different exper- imental methods and comparatively analyzed the preserved effects of the specimens with the different methods over the years. Studies showed the drying method was more simple, economic and practical than impregnation method, it was beneficial to specimen preparation and preservation. But the impregnation method was applicable to the special plant material, whose retention period was short and site area was excessive, so it could be used to preserve as demonstration specimen.
