石墨烯改性聚苯硫醚涂层的摩擦学行为

摘    要:采用氧化-分散-还原法制备亲有机性的石墨烯,X射线衍射分析表明获得预期产物. 采用喷涂法制备了聚苯硫醚(PPS)/聚四氟蜡/石墨烯复合涂层,摩擦学性能测试结果表明复合涂层的摩擦系数低于纯PPS涂层,而抗磨寿命明显高于纯PPS涂层,石墨烯的最佳添加量为0.8 Phr(g/100g). 纯PPS涂层的磨损形式为严重的黏着磨损,而复合涂层以磨粒磨损为主,当石墨烯含量较高时出现疲劳磨损. 纯PPS涂层的对偶环表面呈现厚而不连续的转移膜且存在较多垂直滑动方向的裂纹,而复合涂层的对偶环形成均匀坚韧的转移膜,转移膜的形貌与涂层的摩擦学性能相对应.

Abstract:Organophilic graphene was prepared through an oxidation-dispersion-reduction process,and the analysis of X-ray diffraction showed that expected product was obtained.Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)/ polyfluo-wax /graphene coatings were prepared through a spraying method and the results showed that friction coefficients of composite coatings were much lower than that of pure PPS coating,but the wear lifetime of composite coatings were obviously higher than that of pure PPS coating,and the optimal fraction of graph...
