Abstract: | Catalysts containing as little as 0.5 mass. % Pd are highly active in the dehydrogenation of cyclohexane when Sibunite® or active alumina (for gas dehumidification) are used as catalyst supports. Dehydrogenative activity of the Pd/Al2O3 catalyst is further increased upon surface sulfidation and addition of 0.25–0.5 mass. % Re.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
