卧式螺旋管内汽液两相流不稳定性试验研究

摘    要:本文在中、低压汽水试验台上对卧式螺旋管内汽液两相流动不稳定性进行了详细的试验研究,获得了各类脉动发生的界限及各主要参数对脉动的影响规律,并在无固次分析的基础上,给出了密度波脉动起始边界的预报关系式。

Abstract:The characteristics of convective boiling flow instabilities of steam/water two-phase flow in horizontal helically coiled tube are experimentally investigated at a closed circulation test loop.Three kind of oscillation,namely the density wave type,the pressure drop type and the thermal type oscillations are encountered in this experiment.The influence of system parameters such as sysytem pressure,mass flowrate,inlet subcooling,compressiable volume and heat flux on the instability characteristics are systematically studied. Based on the experimental data and two-phase flow conservation equations,a dimensionless correlation for the prediction of the occurrence boundary of the density wave oscillation in horizontal helically coiled tube is proposed.
