| Abstract: | The hydrothermal silica hydrosol synthesis conditions, ensuring controlled texture parameters of the corresponding xerogel, have been ascertained. It has been shown that the rheological properties of the sots depend on the synthesis conditions and that the size composition of silica powders and the rheological properties of the starting gels are interrelated.L.
