Abstract: | The influence of oxygen adsorption on electrical conductivity of sintered ZnO has been studied. The concentration of conduction electrons and their mobility were determined by Hall effect method in the temperature range 200–550 K. It was found that adsorbed oxygen decreases the conduction electron concentration as well as their mobility.
