摘    要:研究了合成温度和原料粒度对钛酸铝性能的影响.结果表明.钛酸铝材料的临界晶粒尺寸和材料内部所合成的晶粒尺寸大小对微裂纹的产生关系重大.控制微裂纹的多少与大小可改善其热膨胀和机械特性.降低合成温度和原料粒度可使合成的钛酸铝材料内部裂纹少而且小.故其强度提高.但其热膨胀系数有所增大.

Abstract:The paper studied the effect of sintering temperature and powder size on the properties of aluminium titanate.The results show that the critical crystal dimension and the resultant crystal dimension of aluminium titanate have a tremendous influence on the formation of microcracke;controlling the quantity and size of microcracke can improve the thermal expansion and mechanical properties of aluminium titanate;and decreasing sintering temperatures and power sizes can produce aluminium titanate with less microcrackes and higher strength but with a larger thermal expansion coefficient.
