摘    要:为了研究电流密度对电镀钴镍合金中钴含量的影响,利用原子吸收光谱法研究了在氨基磺酸钴一镍镀液中,赫尔槽试片上不同电流密度区合金镀层中钴的含量。结果表明,随着阴极电流密度的增加,合金镀层中钴的含量不断降低。同时原子吸收光谱法测定钴一镍电沉积合金镀层中钴含量的回收率为96.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差为0.289/6~1.61%。该方法简便、快捷,结果准确度好,精密度高。原子吸收光谱法与赫尔槽方法的联合使用,能方便地研究合金电沉积过程中阴极电流密度对合金组成的影响。

Abstract:Cobalt content in the electrodeposited Co-Ni alloy on brass base metal was determined by FAAS method and the working conditions of AAS instrument were optimized. Analytical results obtained by this method showed that the cobalt contents decrease constantly with the increase of cathodic current density, which are helpful for the electrodeposition technology. Recoveries of the FAAS determination of cobalt were found in the range of 96. 0%-104. 0%, and the RSD's (n=10) obtained were in the range of 0. 28%-1. 61%.
