碳纤维复合材料动力电池箱体挤压性能研究

摘    要:通过有限元方法研究碳纤维复合材料箱体挤压性能,以动力电池系统碳纤维复合材料箱体挤压工况为例,基于LS-DYNA仿真有限元应用,重点阐述了碳纤维复合材料有限元仿真材料及夹芯面板铺层设置方法,分析了不同铺层角度对电池包挤压性能的影响。从最大挤压力、平均挤压力水平、能量吸收、比吸能考察碳纤维复合材料箱体电池包挤压性能指标发现,[0°,60°,0°,60°,0°,60°]铺层综合指标占优。有限元仿真技术在碳纤维复合材料上的应用可以有效地指导动力电池碳纤维复合材料箱体性能开发。

Abstract:The lightweight design of tank is an important part of power battery system development.One of the effective lightweight means is to raise power battery energy density through the application of carbon fiber-reinforced composite material battery tank.The finite element method is used to perform numerical investigation of carbon fiber-reinforced composite material battery tank on crushing performance,stated as an example based on LS-DYNA application,given the setting method of carbon fiber-reinforced composite material and sandwich plywood layering,considering the difference of layer setting angle,investigate the target of crushing performance of carbon fiber-reinforced composite material battery tank,such as peak crushing force,mean crushing force,energy absorption,specific energy absorption characteristics,shows that the layer[0°,60°,0°,60°,0°,60°]performance is great,for the designing guide of carbon fiber-reinforced composite material power battery tank development proficiently,though the FEA application of carbon fiber-reinforced composite material battery tank.
