一种配备于ESR谱仪的计算机系统

摘    要:本文介绍了一种在JES-FE型ESR谱仪上进行数据采集、信号平均、并具有数据平滑、g值计算、积分、加减谱、绘图等数据处理功能的计算机系统。系统由IBM-PC微机和由时钟脉冲电路、A/D转换电路等组成的接口、电路及应用软件组成。该系统可在扫场速度1ms-128min的广泛范围内采样及信号平均。该系统大大提高了ESR谱仪在短寿命自由基测定及微弱信号检测方面的应用。其主要功能和技术指标已达到该机原配套的ES-PRIT23系统的水平,但价格不及其五分之一。

Abstract:The article describes a computer system. Combined with a JES-FE series ESR spectrometer, the computer system can carry out acquisition, processing and simulation of measured data The system consists of an IBM-PC microcomputer, an interface, consisting of the timing controller and A/D converter, and application software.The sampling and the signal average can be made by the system in very wide range of sweep time(lms-128 min).It improved greatly the ESR spectrometer in measuring the short life free radicals and the weak signal. The system is on a level with ES-PRIT23 in main functions and specifications, but it costs only one fifth of that of ES-PRIT23.
