| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型的电子商务交易的行业标准－cXML，并对基于该标准的电子商务交易机制作了系统的阐述和深入的研究，在此基础上，研制了一套B2B模式的电子商务交易系统，该系统以订单为中心，紧密围绕供货方和采购方，进行电子商务交易，实验证明，该系统实现了实卖双方的电子交易自动化，能力便地进行安全交易。

| Abstract: | cXML is a new E commerce trade standard In this paper, the standard and the E commerce business mechanism based on it are introduced systematically and studied thoroughly On the basis of it,a business to business E commerce trade system is achieved,which connects buyers and suppliers with orders to perform the business work. The running results show that the system can fulfill the electronic trade automatically and safely. |
