| Abstract: | The diversity of bioactivities of natural products, diversity of organisms, structural diversity and different functions of components in certain defined species, occurrence forms of natural products, as well as the synergic, antagonistic and additive effects of natural compounds were briefly discussed with various examples. The potential application of the above diversity in the search for active compounds and development of natural medicine was proposed. 25 references are presented. |
