| Abstract: | A method that a very low bit rate video coding system based on recommendation H.263is real-ized on fixed-point digital signal processor(DSP)TMS320VC5402is proposed.The algorithms of the most four time-consuming modules:DCT?IDCT?Motion estimate&compensatewhich are implemented on DSP are discussed particu-larly in this paper.And other problems which should be paid attention to when these key algorithms were realized on fixed-point DSP are also discussed. |
