| 摘 要： | 基于需求工程对于综合电子信息系统建设和集成的重要意义,阐述了综合电子信息系统需求工程的基本概念、重要作用和主要特点,讨论了在综合电子信息系统建设中开展需求工程的基本内容、实施过程、主要方法和评价准则,提出了当前及今后相关领域亟待解决的主要问题.
