一种可调谐掺铒光纤激光器的研究

摘    要:文章基于掺铒光纤在1 550 nm波段的增益特性,利用光纤光栅作为调谐装置,设计了可调谐光纤光栅激光器的简单结构,通过改变光纤光栅的温度对光纤激光嚣的波长进行了调谐.更重要的是实验分析了不同掺铒光纤长度对激光输出功率的影响,在温度为25℃时,实验中分别取10、20和30 m 3种不同光纤长度进行了测试,结果表明,不同长度的掺铒光纤,其阀值不同.

Abstract:On the basis of the gain characteristics of the Er-doped fiber in 1 550 nm, the simple structure of a tunable fiber grating laser is designed by using the fiber grating as the tuning device and its wavelength is tuned by changing the temperature of the fiber grating. What is more important is that the influences of different Er-doped fiber lengths on the laser output power are analyzed and tests are performed with fibers of different lengths of 10, 20 and 30 m at 25 ℃, the results of which show that fibers of different lengths have different thresholds.
