Determination of Vitamins in Feed and Foodstuffs by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:Procedures were developed for the HPLC determination of fat- and water-soluble vitamins extracted from feed and foodstuffs. The optimum conditions for the extraction of vitamins and their subsequent determination were found.
