基于光纤环形腔光数据包循环复制的实验研究

摘    要:通过实验研究了利用不同分光比耦合器构成的光纤环形腔实现光数据包循环复制的效果,并理论分析了影响复制效果的结构因素。耦合器分光比、光纤环形腔中的损耗和噪声对复制效果有不同的影响。光纤环形腔中光放大器、滤波器的加入,以及光脉冲直流基座的降低,可以明显改善输出的幅值和复制序列长度。但实验显示,接近等幅复制的光放大会引起光纤环形腔的自激。在这一情况下,在输出端增加饱和半导体光放大器(SOA)可提高复制信号的识别效果。

Abstract:Optical periodic pulses replication is experimentally studied with optical fiber loop based on various coupling ratio coupler, and the replication effect of construction facts is theoretically analyzed. The noise and loss of the system, as well as the coupling ratio, make different effects upon replication effect of optical periodic pulses. The output amplitude and the length of pulses train are greatly improved with additional semiconductor optical amplifier and filter in the optical fiber loop as the DC component of input keeps low. But laser resonance always happens in the optical fiber loop as a try to enhance isometric replication pulses. A semiconductor optical amplifier is added and successful in improving the replication effect in the output.
