基于AD9851的正弦信号发生器设计

摘    要:基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)原理,采用AD9851型DDS器件设计一个正弦信号发生器,实现50Hz-15MHz范围内的正弦波输出,同时通过对器件的控制编程与相关的简单外部电路切换产生各种调制信号。通过自动增益控制(AGC)和功率放大,在50Q负载的情况下,该正弦信号发生器在100Hz~10MHz范围内输出稳定正弦波,电压峰峰值为0—5V±0.3V。

Abstract:Based on the principle of direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS),a sine signal generator is designed with DDS chip AD9851.The sine signal generator can generate sine wave of frequency ranging from 100Hz to 10MHz and generate modulated signals by programming chip and simply switching external circuit.Through the automatic gain control and power amplification,the peak value of voltage can be from 0V to 5V and be stable.
