| 摘 要： | 自动BLU叠片机主要用于背光单元制作过程中各种导光膜的叠放，在叠合过程中，各种导光膜的特性不同，叠放工艺也各不相同，设备运作繁琐，生产调试技术难度高，耗时费力。为此我们设计了薄膜开关组，结合软件开发，成功优化了自动BLU叠片机设备生产调试过程，提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | The automatic BLU sheet stacker system is mainly used for stacking various light-guides of backlight unit. The stacking processes are not identical for various light-guides of different characteristics. Therefore the equipment operation is complicated, and the debugging technology is difficult, time-consuming and laborious. To this end we designed this membrane switch group, combined with software development, successful optimizes debugging process of the equipment, improves production efficiency. |
