网络性企业兼并的目标选择研究

采用SaloP圆周城市模型来研究产品差异化的市场竞争状况,根据Bertrand竞争理论来分析市场的均衡状态,利用四阶段动态博弈为研究思路,假定市场中存在四家企业,均匀地分布在圆周上,其中一家企业具有先动兼并优势,首先分析此先动企业尝试着分别兼并圆周上相邻企业和与其位置相对称的企业,然后分析在两种不同兼并目标的选择情况下,剩余两家企业的兼并反应情况,由此先动企业会决定是否调整初始决策,最后将先动企业在选择不同兼并目标的情况下所能获得的最大利益进行对比,从而发现先动企业所应该作的最佳兼并决策.研究发现,在不同强度的网络外部效应下,企业会选择不同的兼并目标.最后分析了对于先动企业所作的最佳兼并决策,以及社会福利发生的变化.
