| Abstract: | The key action of training teaching of Double-Competency teachers in HTVC was discussed,based its result,the indexes system of training teaching's performance appraisal about the Double-Competency teachers in HTVC was designed.The application of the conversion of subordinate degree's method in appraising of the training teaching's performance of the Double-Competency teachers was studied through an example. |
