| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性胃淋巴瘤的16层田表现特征及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析18例经病理证实的原发性胃淋巴瘤的16层CT表现，包括病变部位、胃壁及粘膜改变。结果18例均为B细胞起源非霍奇金淋巴瘤。肿瘤呈弥漫浸润型11例，肿块型5例和节段溃疡型2例。16层CT平扫示肿瘤密度均匀14例，不均匀4例，16层CT增强扫描示病灶呈轻、中度均质增强16例，溃疡形成后增强不均匀2例。结论原发性胃淋巴瘤的16层CT表现特征对诊断和鉴别诊断有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the primary gastric lymphoma＇s manifestation characteristic of 16 - slice CT （16SCT） and its diagnosing value. Methods The 16SCT characteristics including the location of lesions, the changes of gastric wall and mucus in eighteen patients with primary gastric lymphoma confirmed by pathologywere retrospectively analyzed. Results All the cases were B - cell originating non - Hodgkin＇ s lymphoma. Diffuse gas- tric wall thickening were found in 11 cases, segmental wall thickening in 5 cases, and ulceration was demonstrated in 2 gastric lymphoma patients. Most of the lesions showed homogenous density, mild ormoderate enhancement before and after 16SCT contrast injection （16 cases）, except for 2 cases were inhomogenously enhanced. Conclusion 16SCT has significant value in diagnosis differential diagnosis of primary gastric lymphoma. |
