Ilizarov外固定架在股骨延长中的临床应用

目的探讨Ilizarov外固定架在股骨延长治疗中的临床应用。方法对我院2001年10月～2009年9月对19例（21例股骨）应用Ilizarov外固定架进行股骨截骨延长的患者手术疗效进行分析。结果延长时间61．164d，平均102d；延长长度最长14．3cm，最短5．7cm，平均6．8cm；拆架时间4．3．10月，平均6．0月；愈合指数29～61d／cm，平均35d／cm。无严重并发症发生，其中6例出现轻度的针道感染；4例出现膝关节屈曲受限，经对症处理好转。结论应用Ilizarov外固定架技术对于股骨截骨延长是一种确实安全、有效的方法。

Application of Ilizarov technique in femur extend

Objective To study the clinical application of Ilizarov technique in the treatment of femur lengthening. Methods A total of 19 cases applying femur lengthening, which included 11 cases of male and 8 cases of female （ 10 femurs）, were treated with Ilizarov external - fixation technique. All the patients were followed up for 1 to 4 years. The results were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients have got satisfactory bone length with an averaged length of 6.8 cm （ranged 5.7 - 14.3 cm）in all averaged time of 102 days（ranged 61 - 164 days）. The averaged healing index was 35 d/cm （ranged 29 - 61 d/cm）. Among these cases, 6 cases showed pin hole infection, and 4 cases showed flexion - restrict of knee joint. All these complications recovered after routine managements were given. Conclusion Ilizarov technique is a safe and effective method for the treatment of femur lengthenlng.
