| 摘 要： | 本文提出,在人一机系统管理中,必须运用系统协调原理,对系统效率进行定量分析,识别出该系统中操作人员与机器设备间的适应水平与状态,这样才能有针对性地采取管理对策,使人、机处于最佳匹配状态,从而在最大限度利用资源的水平下提高人一机系统效率.
